Refund Policy

HN Digital Group LLC stands behind its products with a clear, customer-friendly refund policy. This page explains who is eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.
Eligibility
All paying customers are eligible to request a refund within the refund window described below, regardless of the reason.
Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after seven days may not be eligible.
Request Process
To request a refund, send an email to support@hndigitalgroup.online with the email address used for the purchase and the order ID, if available. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
Processing Times
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of clear abuse, including (but not limited to) repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
