Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and digital products (collectively, the "Services") provided by HN Digital Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Services. The Services are organizational and informational tools only.

5. Subscription Terms

Where a product is sold on a subscription basis, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable recurring fee to your chosen payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

6. One-Time Purchase Terms

Where a product is sold as a one-time purchase, you receive lifetime access to the version of the product purchased, subject to these Terms and any product-specific limitations.

7. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Whop). Charges will appear on your statement under the applicable billing descriptor (for example, "WHOP* SWEETBITE"). All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

8. Automatic Renewals

Subscription products automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@hndigitalgroup.online.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods, except as required by the Refund Policy or applicable law.

10. Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date. Requests must be submitted to support@hndigitalgroup.online. See our full Refund Policy for details.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials in the Services are owned by HN Digital Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes only.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

13. Prohibited Activities

You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the Services to transmit harmful or unlawful content; or (d) circumvent access controls or licensing limits.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Whop for payments). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Services are software tools. They are not healthcare services and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN Digital Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HN Digital Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

18. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
